We work with London landlords, property managers and letting agents, supporting individual rental properties and portfolios with cleaning, maintenance and decorating.
Can you coordinate work between tenancies?
Yes. Share the required cleaning, repairs and decorating along with your tenancy dates. We’ll discuss the sequence, access and availability so you can plan the handover.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
No. Our professional cleaning teams bring their equipment and cleaning materials.
What if something is missed during the clean?
Send photos of any cleaning omissions within 7 days and we’ll arrange a free return visit to address them.
